Less is More is Good life

   Located near the rowing base in Plovdiv, this studio with an area of only 24.4 sq.m. was a real challenge in terms of finding a balance between functionality and aesthetics. The design is filled with attention to detail to ensure maximum comfort despite the compact dimensions of the studio. The client’s requirement was to create a fully functional apartment combining a kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom and office in one open space.  
    Although it is a one-space apartment, the dwelling is visually separated into zones that flow into each other. A simple dressing table with a soft pouf below it transitions into a large four-wing wardrobe offering plenty of storage space. There is room beneath the wardrobe for everyday shoes and a robot vacuum cleaner. The composition unfolds in three drawers under the TV, under which the additional sofa module can be conveniently stored when not in use. All this cabinet furniture ends with a desk and bookcase, creating a separate work area. The kitchen is small, but equipped with all the necessary appliances – oven, hotplates, mini fridge, washing machine. The upper row of cabinets continues along the entire wall towards the sofa, ending with a unit in which the air conditioner is discreetly positioned. The bar counter serves as a dining area and is an ideal place for quick snacks. The sofa transforms into a bed, and under each of the three modules there is storage space for all duvets and a mattress topper. 
    In the bathroom, the light ceramic tiles are combined with small colored tiles, visually separating the shower area and the sink. An 80-liter boiler is located in a closed niche above the toilet. The wooden texture of the cabinet under the sink is the necessary accent in the room, which, in turn, provides space for toiletries, detergents and towels.
    In conclusion, through the skillful use of light colors, natural materials and multifunctional furniture, any small home can offer the necessary comfort, aesthetics and practicality!

這間位於保加利亞-普​​羅夫迪夫,賽艇基地附近的工作室面積僅為 24.4 平方米(約7.4坪)，真正的挑戰是在功能性和美觀性之間​​的平衡方面設計注重細節，儘管工作室規模緊湊，但仍能確保最大的舒適度。客戶的要求是創建一個功能齊全的公寓，將廚房、餐廳、客廳、臥室和辦公室整合在開放空間中。
雖然這是一間單空間公寓，但住宅在視覺上被劃分成幾個相互銜接的區域。一個簡單的梳妝台，下面是一個柔軟的坐墊，它變成了一個大型四門衣櫃，提供了充足的存儲空間。衣櫃下方有空間放置日常鞋子和掃地機器人。電視下方有三個抽屜，不使用時，可以方便地將額外的沙發模組存放在抽屜下方。所有這些櫥櫃家具都以書桌和書櫃結束，形成了一個獨立的工作區。廚房雖小，但配備了所有必要的電器——烤箱、電爐、迷你冰箱、洗衣機。上排櫥櫃沿著整面牆一直延伸到沙發，末端是一個裝置，空調被巧妙地安置在其中。吧台兼作用餐區，是享用簡食的理想場所。沙發可以變成一張床，三個模組下方都有存放所有羽絨被和床墊罩的空間。浴室內，淺色瓷磚與彩色小瓷磚相結合，在視覺上將淋浴區和洗手台分隔開來。一個80公升的熱水器位於馬桶上方的封閉壁龕中。洗手台下方櫥櫃的木質紋理是房間的必要點綴，同時也為盥洗用品、清潔劑和毛巾提供了存放空間。總之，透過巧妙運用淺色、天然材質和多功能家具，任何小戶型都能提供必要的舒適性、美觀性和實用性！
